MineWare has implemented a wide range of stringent measures across our business to reduce the risk of COVID-19 spreading across our workforce, customers and local communities, to keep our operations up and running. These measures have resulted in no confirmed cases of Coronavirus across our workforce, to date.
Our first priority is ensuring the health and safety of our people and their communities. Together with Komatsu, we are committed to maintaining our operations to the highest level and we are working hard to find new and innovative ways to deliver, install and support our products to ensure your operations remain in production.
To ensure we minimize the risk of infection, MineWare has implemented the following precautionary measures across our workforce globally.
With operational continuity being of upmost importance, MineWare is continuing to manufacture and ship orders on schedule, and spare parts as needed. Rest assured we are doing everything possible to ensure it is “business as usual” under these circumstances.
Your teams will also continue to have 24/7 access to our remote support team via our Integrated Support Centre. Whilst we have restricted onsite travel, we will work closely with our customers to risk assess any essential site activities on a case by case basis.
We are continuing to operate at full capacity and encourage you to reach out to your key contacts during this time for any assistance you need. Your Technical Account Managers are available as usual via phone, email & video conferencing, and are here to work closely with you and your operation to ensure your production remains optimised during this critical time.
