Quality Coordinator – Brisbane Office

At an exciting time in our business evolution, we are seeking a driven, forward-thinking Quality Coordinator to drive quality improvements across MineWare. This is a permanent, full-time position based in our Head Office in Milton.

Reporting to the Product Owner, the Quality Coordinator is accountable for the successful delivery & improvement of quality processes throughout the business.


This role exists to ensure MineWare makes continual measurable improvements to its QA program.  This is achieved through the creation, implementation, and improvement of MineWares QA processes.  Including the coordination of the Product Innovation teams QA resource and the analysis of the greater businesses QA efforts & issues.


QA Processes – Create, Implement, monitor and improve Mineware QA processes. Drive effective process adoption through stakeholder input and change management. Leverage continuous improvement, best practices to drive continual value as the primary point of contact for QA communications across the business.

Product innovation QA coordination – Coordinate the QA resources within the product innovation team to maximize QA efficiency and organize effective responses to issues. Perform audits within the innovation team to ensure alignment to the defined QA processes and report on effectiveness.

QA analysis – Analyze QA issues across the business to provide feedback on trouble areas and suggested solutions, track and report on process improvement across the business. Leverage business unit managers to determine root causes, failings and opportunities.   Meet with each of the MineWare global business units to collaborate, review and understand QA challenges and concerns originating from Product Innovation.



  • 5+ Years in a similar role
  • Engineering degree in a related discipline
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement (PDCA / Kaizen) will be highly regarded.

Practical/Specialist Skills:

  • Excellent technical writing and process creation skills.
  • Developed Risk Management skills with an ability to quickly deduce risk verse reward scenarios.
  • Effective Change Management skills
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise and organise competing demands
  • Demonstrate quality of good decision making
  • Determined and Detail oriented
  • Proven high regard to safety and knowledge of relevant WH&S standards
