MineWare, a Komatsu company, develops world-leading monitoring and automation systems for ground engagement equipment globally. We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our global head office in Milton.
Reporting to our Global Sales Director, the successful candidate will assist with all aspects of our global marketing activity.
The Marketing Assistant will assist with the tactical delivery of MineWare’s global marketing strategy with activities including but not limited to:
managing MineWare’s social media platforms and corporate website
coordinating industry events, conferences and promotional activities
maintaining the marketing aspects of our CRM system including customer contact details, sales and marketing forms, templates and workflow processes
supporting the development of marketing presentations, document templates, internal and external communications.
working in collaboration with our external marketing partners and suppliers
supporting the EA to our CEO and Global Sales Director as required.
This is an exciting opportunity that would suit a creative and dynamic professional at the early stages of their marketing career. The successful candidate will be proactive with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, well organised and display good attention to detail.
Our ideal candidate will possess
Graduate in Marketing or equivalent
1+ years work experience in a marketing department
2+ years proven experience in managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube etc)
Website and CRM administration experience
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
